Sunday Afternoon Training Ride

We went out for a beautiful ride today. Trey always has a great time going with us. We stopped so Trey could feed "neighbor goat" some celery and carrots. We did a leisurely 18 miles down our usual route out by Whites creek and down to Old Dixie Lee road. Next week is the Tour De' Cure, we are looking to be on target for it. Katherine is still needing some help with sponsorship, please show her support so she can participate in this event for a great cause that will effect 1 out of 3 Americans if the situation does not change.
